Music Studio
The chore
Lesson materials were scattered, every booking took back-and-forth, and nothing tracked progress. Music Studio puts all three in one portal.
The fix
Lesson invites after a quick preview, a Drive folder per student, a recap after every lesson.
Scheduling
One click turns a lesson into a Google Calendar invite.
Files
A shared Drive folder for the studio and one for each student.
Recaps
Today we, Homework, Next class, saved on the student’s profile.
Time sheet
Each lesson onto the instructor’s time sheet in one click, numbered by term.
Who can open it
Only people the Music Department adds, signed in with their Pomfret accounts.
How it works
A Google Form fills in each student’s profile.
Preview a lesson, then one click sends the Google Calendar invite. Each student gets their own Drive folder for materials.
After the lesson, the teacher writes a recap (Today we, Homework, Next class) that stays on the student’s profile.
The studio dashboard: preview and send a lesson invite, open a student’s profile, and read the recap from their last lesson. Demo data.
- At 1.8 seconds:Preview the invite before it goes out.
- At 3.2 seconds:One click creates the event and sends the invites.
- At 6.3 seconds:Each student’s full profile opens inline.
- At 8.3 seconds:Every lesson keeps its recap.
